Shipping & Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are processed through our Returns Portal. We welcome customers to exchange or return unworn and unwashed merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of the original delivery date.
The Nest reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements including but not limited to any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, pet hair, free of stains, and smoke. Any merchandise received that is ineligible for a refund will be returned to the customer.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE items are ineligible for exchange return.
Our order processing time is 2-3 business days which means we will create and package your order during this time. Once shipped shipping can take 2-5 business days depending on the method of shipping selected at checkout.
To simplify processes, we strongly encourage all online sales to be processed through our online returns portal. In person sales are typically run by Eagles Nest volunteers who kindly lend their time to help support our store. Therefore, we will only accept exchanges in person as our volunteers do not have access to refund online payments.

Our warehouse is located in Alpharetta, GA (North of Atlanta). We do not have a storefront so drop-in shopping is currently unavailable.
We do not permit local pickups.
Yes! We will periodically set up at Eagles Nest Church on Sundays and for major events. Sign up for our emails to be first to know where to find us!
Because we offer products in a wide variety of colors and sizes, we are unable to keep every style, size and color in stock at all times. Therefore, these items are not created until you order them. Generally, made-to-order items are created within 2-3 business days but this timing may vary during extremely busy or holiday seasons.
